How can schools do this well?
Issues of belief and faith in the context of schools regularly make the news. This conference will examine:
- Recognising and celebrating the faith dimension appropriately in schools.
- The contribution of Christian faith to developing social cohesion in the school
- Equipping Christian teachers to take their own faith seriously in the classroom.
Speakers include:
Dr Trevor Cooling, Director of the Transforming Lives Project
Andrew Graystone, Director of the Churches' Media Council (UK)
This years conferences are being run in tandem with theMediaNet, an association of Christians in media

Manchester: 5 October from 5.00pm with dinner at 7.30pm. The Conference will conclude on Sunday 7 October at 1.00pm
Cost
Manchester residential conference: single on-suite room £150, shared on-suite room £130 (non-returnable deposit of £35 payable on booking)
Daily visitor rates for the Manchester conference available on request
