The National Conference for Christians in School Leadership provides delegates with the opportunity to receive professional and personal development in a uniquely Christian setting. High calibre speakers enable delegates to reflect on their role and how their faith can sustain, nurture and develop them as educational leaders.
In our current attainment driven education environment, how do we rise above the pressure to measure and focus on the child instead? And is it possible to educate "Christianly" and still measure up? This conference seeks to explore issues around measurement, attainment, what education is for and how we can educate "Christianly" in a target driven world.

The aim of this conference was to offer busy Christian teachers and teaching assistants time to stop, think and reflect. Delegates were invited to consider how our understanding of the ‘wholeness’ of the person, of life and of God’s world influences both the task of teaching and the promotion of pupil and staff wellbeing.
